DESIGN, LIFE, ADVENTURE

My 15-year+ career in design, creative direction, and brand storytelling began in North Carolina, and continues in Los Angeles. 

Currently, I lead the brand design team at Otis College of Art and Design. We strategically guide the expansion and evolution of the brand to keep pace with a growing institution. I also oversee the Design Lab, a student-staffed design agency whose clients include local nonprofits and cultural institutions, as well as the college itself. Design Lab prepares students to enter the workforce, challenging them to collaborate across disciplines to solve real-world design problems.

Prior to Otis, I led the design team at the Natural History Museum in delivering thoughtful, visitor-focused experiences across all touchpoints (print, digital, marketing, environmental, wayfinding), at three locations across Los Angeles. I also served as a Designer for Louey-Rubino/Robert Louey Design, where we delivered similar 360 experiences for guests of hotels, restaurants, and spas around the globe.

If I’m away from my desk, I might be underwater hunting lionfish…and eating them.
